London, 21 June 2021, CLS Risk Solutions, a leading property development, investment and transaction MGA, is pleased to announce the launch of its dedicated Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Unit with the appointment of Simon White as Lead Underwriter.
The ESG Unit will offer innovative insurance and indemnity solutions reassuring developers and investors that they have effective financial protection against both emerging and legacy ESG concerns. Simon White, an expert in the international environmental liability arena, will lead a talented team with diverse property risk management, environmental and data expertise, to develop CLS Risk Solutions' ESG product suite.
Simon was latterly a Director at Street Farm Consultancy Limited, having previously been Head of UK Casualty – Retail at XL Catlin (Axa XL) and Head of International Environmental Underwriting at XL. He also held environmental underwriting roles at insurers including Zurich and AIG Europe.
