Why MX?
MX combines Property Owners expertise with a practical, solution-focused approach to underwriting. We understand that the most challenging risks are often those that sit outside standard market appetite, particularly unoccupied properties, where individual risk assessment is important.
By taking the time to understand each risk on its own merits, we can support brokers with solutions for unoccupied and Grade II Listed buildings, mixed commercial and residential portfolios, student accommodation, DSS and licensed HMO lets, as well as clients with a claims history where the circumstances can be assessed on their individual merits.
