The challenge
The MX Commercial team were recently approached by a broker with a request for Employers’ Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Contractors’ All Risk (CAR) insurance on behalf of a client involved in groundworks and plant hire. The client was also working on new lake and reservoir construction projects. However, the client's insurance needs presented a significant challenge. The outcome

Following this, the broker uploaded a signed Statement of Fact, which was promptly reviewed and marked as received by the MX Commercial team, finalising the process and satisfying all subjectivities.
