UK CEO, SRG

Neil brings over 30 years’ experience in insurance broking and risk management, advising global corporations and professional service firms. He joined SRG in June 2025 as UK CEO and provides strategic leadership to support growth across the business.

Managing Director, MX

Ian has worked in both broking and underwriting for more than 30 years. His passions are developing sales, distribution and market management strategies to achieve optimum growth and profit results. Ian joined SRG in July 2018.

Head of UK & Europe Property & Casualty, MX

With over 14 years of experience across the UK and Europe, Matt leads the Property & Casualty underwriting strategy for MX. He is responsible for risk appetite, governance and portfolio performance, supporting sustainable and profitable growth.

Head of Motor, MX 

Darren has over 30 years’ experience in Motor Fleet insurance across insurers, Lloyd’s and MGAs. He joined SRG in 2024 and now leads Capulus and the wider MX Motor teams, overseeing strategy, governance and capacity management.

Head of Motorsport, MX 

Tim has 24 years’ experience as a Property and Casualty underwriter, including the last 10 years specialising in Motorsport. He leads the underwriting and development of MX’s Motorsport offering in a highly complex market.

Commercial Director, MX Risk Solutions 

With more than 13 years’ experience in legal and title Liability insurance, Phil leads the Risk Solutions division at MX. He oversees technical underwriting standards, portfolio development and overall underwriting performance.

Managing Director, The MPLC

Matt has over 22 years’ experience in Medical Malpractice underwriting. As Managing Director of The MPLC, part of MX, he oversees underwriting, claims operations and business development. 

Director, NW RE

With over 25 years of underwriting experience, Neil has held various senior positions in the London Market before starting NW RE in 2020. Neil is responsible for underwriting & ensuring profitable growth.
